MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)
This Memorandum of Understanding (the "MOU") is entered into on this , by and between:
Party A: SkulTech Nepal Pvt. Ltd., representing the "Youth for Future & Leadership Podcast" (hereinafter referred to as the "Host").

Party B: (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor").
1. Purpose & Scope
The purpose of this MOU is to outline the collaboration between the Host and the Sponsor for the "Youth for Future & Leadership Podcast". The program is designed to amplify youth perspectives, cultivate leadership, and modernize educational discourse.
2. Sponsorship Tier & Deliverables
The Sponsor agrees to participate at the level. In exchange for the Sponsor's investment, SkulTech Nepal agrees to provide the following benefits:
3. Transparency & Reporting
SkulTech Nepal is committed to a transparent reporting framework. The Host will provide the Sponsor with Monthly Impact Reports (including episode downloads, video views, and social media reach), Audience Engagement Metrics, and an End-of-Season Review to highlight the educational impact on the student community.
4. Term & Termination
This agreement shall commence on the date of signing and remain in effect for the duration of the agreed podcast season. Either party may terminate this MOU with a 15-day prior written notice to the other party.
5. Signatures & Legal Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and spirit of this Memorandum of Understanding. Furthermore, by signing this document, I/we agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use under SkulTech Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
